asked the Minister for Justice if the inquiries, which in September, 1933, were stated to be still proceeding, into the shooting outrage at or near the house of Superintendent Casserly at Drogheda on July 16th, 1933, have now been completed; if these inquiries have produced any results; and if it is expected that any person or persons will be apprehended and tried in consequence.
