The total value of the exports from Saorstát Eireann to Finland was £6,444 in 1932 and £702 in 1933. The total value of the imports from Finland were £84,413 in 1932 and £136,934 in 1933. The principal articles exported to Finland in 1932 were agricultural tractors, £3,705, tractor parts £882, and home-made spirits £1,608; and in 1933 tractor parts £268 and textile goods £251. The principal articles imported from Finland in 1932 were deals, planks and boards £29,730, other wood and timber manufactures £7,339, printing paper £22,306, packing and wrapping paper £17,706, other paper and cardboard £5,519 and earthenware £1,478; and in 1933, deals, planks and boards £49,625, other wood and timber manufactures £5,982, printing paper £41,399, packing and wrapping paper £24,326, other paper and cardboard £12,489 and earthenware £1,526.
