asked the Minister for Education if he will state (a) the number of students admitted to training colleges for men and women respectively for the years 1931, 1932 and 1933; (b) the number of such students who in each of the years mentioned were ex-pupils of the preparatory colleges (men and women separately); (c) the number of students, if any, from the preparatory colleges who completed their training course in either of the years mentioned and who failed to obtain the Bilingual Certificate at their final examination.
