Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Moneys Withheld from British Government.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will state in respect of the sums withheld or to be withheld from the British Government on the grounds that they were not due by the Saorstát Government in respect of the years 1932-3, 1933-4, 1934-5, and amounting respectively to £4,764,767, £4,906,859 and £4,842,810; how these sums are made up, showing the separate amounts for each year for land annuities, repayments of local loans, R.I.C. pensions, civil pensions and any other headings included in those sums.

The reply is in the form of a table, which will be inserted in the official report.
