I move:—
That it is expedient that for the purposes of any Act of the present session to amend and extend the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933, and the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Amendment) Act, 1933, to make provision for controlling and regulating the sale of oats and barley, to make provision for controlling and regulating the milling of oatmeal, to make provision for the production of flour made from wheat and oats, and for restricting the sale and use of wheaten flour, to make provision for the warehousing and drying of grain by the State, and to provide for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas, of all expenses incurred.
I might mention now that the Supplementary Estimate in respect of the Department of Agriculture has been sent over and will be circulated this evening.
