I propose to move that the Committee agree with the two Seanad amendments.
The following Seanad amendments were agreed to:—
1. Section 16, sub-section (3). All after the word "do" in line 60 deleted down to the end of the sub-section.
2. Section 21, sub-section (1). The words "transferred to the service of the Board at the time of such acquisition" deleted in lines 59-60 and the words "at any time employed by such local authority for the purposes of such undertaking" substituted therefor.
