I move:—
That it is expedient to authorise any payments out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas which require to be made in giving effect to any Act of the present Session to promote the stabilisation of the price of butter and other milk products, and for that purpose to make provision for the control of the distribution, sale, importation and exportation of butter and other milk products, and to provide for the imposition of levies and the payment of bounties on butter and other milk products, and to make provision for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid.
