I move:—
That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas of any expenses incurred in carrying into effect any Act of the present Session to amend the Road Transport Act, 1933, and the Road Transport Act, 1934, and to control the importation of certain mechanically propelled vehicles which are being used for the carriage of passengers or merchandise.
