I move:
That for carrying into effect any Act of the present session to make provision for pensions for certain widows and orphans, and for the payment of contributions towards such pensions, and to make provision for divers matters aforesaid, including the amendment of the National Health Insurance Acts, 1911 to 1934, and the Old Age Pensions Acts, 1908 to 1932, it is expedient to authorise any payments out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas which require to be made, including annual contributions to the Pensions Investment Account to be created under such Act.
