I move that leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend Section 13 of the Fisheries Act, 1925. This is to extend the provisions of Section 13 of the Fisheries Act, 1925. It refers to the striking of a rate. Deputy Fionan Lynch asked me to do this some time ago.
