asked the Minister for Finance if he will state the yield in the current financial year from the Customs duties imposed on (a) asphalt, bitumen, pitch and tar; (b) linoleum; (c) oilcloth; (d) articles made of asbestos; (e) roofing slates and (f) glazed pipes and connections.
I propose to take the Deputy's three questions together. As the current financial year does not expire until the 31st instant, it will be some little time before detailed statistics become available as regards the yield for the year under particular subheads. The latest date up to which reliable figures are available is 31st December, 1935. These figures are as follows:-
