Can the Minister say if the figures supplied in the statement include persons holding positions as directors or executive positions?

The tabular statement will give the information.

That does not include directors or persons holding executive positions?

It includes persons to whom permits were issued.

Is a director considered a person doing an ordinary day's work?

Permits are not issued to any persons. They are issued to employers who employ these persons.
