Committee on Finance. - Rates on Agricultural Land (Relief) Bill, 1936—Money Resolution.
Resolved:—
That it is expedient to authorise that payment be made from moneys to be provided by the Oireachtas of a grant of £370,000 (Three Hundred and Seventy Thousand Pounds) in respect of the financial year beginning 1st April, 1936, and such other grants as may be necessary in respect of the financial years beginning 1st April, 1937, and the 1st April, 1938, respectively, for the purpose of any Act of the present session, to make provision for the further increase of the agricultural grant in respect of the three financial years beginning respectively on the 1st day of April, 1936, the 1st day of April, 1937, and the 1st day of April, 1938, and to apply the provisions of the Rates on Agricultural Land (Relief) (No. 2) Act, 1935, with certain modifications to the agricultural grant in respect of those financial years.—(Minister for Local Government and Public Health).
