Vol. 63 No. 10

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take No. 2 on the Order Paper, and if that business is finished to-day the Dáil will adjourn until Wednesday next, 15th instant. I understand it has been arranged that all stages of the Appropriation Bill will be taken to-day. Deputy Doyle asked me a question yesterday about when the Insurance Bill will be taken. I understand that the Department of Industry and Commerce is now of opinion that it would be unlikely to be ready to be taken before Tuesday week.

Can the Vice-President say if it is intended to put the Insurance Bill through all its remaining Stages before the Recess?
