asked the Minister for Lands whether he is aware that Hubert Kelly, Carrowdangan, Balla, County Mayo, and 46 tenants on the Rev. Denis O'Hara Estate are still paying their full yearly rents; that they have not received the reduction of half their annuities as provided for by statute and if he will state why half the annuities are being withheld from those tenants.

The payments which the tenants in question are making to the Land Commission are not annuities within the meaning of the Land Purchase Acts and consequently the revision sections of the Land Act, 1933, do not apply.
