Written Answers. - County Kildare Estates.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Land Commission propose to acquire the estate at present held by the representatives of the late B.J. Eivers at Parsonstown, Carbury, County Kildare; and, if so, when the lands are likely to be acquired and divided.

Mr. Boland

The Land Commission have instituted proceedings for the acquisition of the untenanted lands of Parsonstown on the estate of representatives Bernard J. Eivers, deceased, record No. S. 5454, County Kildare. A scheme for their division will be prepared as soon as practicable, but until this scheme has been completed and settled it will not be possible to state when the lands will be divided.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether proceedings have been instituted by the Land Commission for the acquisition of the Holt estate at Killinagh Upper, Robertstown, Nass; and, if so, when the lands are likely to be acquired and divided.

The Land Commission have instituted proceedings for the acquisition of the lands of Killinagh Upper on the Holt estate, record No. S. 2597, County Kildare, but it is not possible at present to state when the lands will be acquired and divided.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Land Commission propose to institute proceedings for the acquisition of the lands at present held by Captain O'Kelly on the estate of Lady Guinness at Landonstown, Sallins, County Kildare; and, if so, when the lands are likely to be acquired and divided.

The Land Commission are having inquiries made to ascertain the suitability for their purpose of the lands of Landonstown containing 42 acres, and Longtown South containing 35 acres, on the estate of B.J. O'Kelly.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Land Commission propose to acquire the lands of Mr. John Brennan at Dunstown, Brannockstown, County Kildare; and if so, when the lands are likely to be acquired and divided.

The Land Commission have no proceedings at present for the acquisition of the holding of John Brennan at Dunstown, Brannockstown, County Kildare.
