asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he is aware that a number of private persons building houses in urban areas were unable, owing to circumstances over which they had no control, to have such buildings completed by the 30th September last, and that these persons have now become ineligible to receive grants under the Housing Acts; and if he will consider having provision made in future legislation to cover such cases.
