The Land Commission are not yet in a position to say when the holdings on the estate of W.G. Murphy (Record No. S.5423) will be vested in the tenants, or what improvement works will be effected. Before vesting can be carried out, a survey of the estate must be made, and a scheme prepared for the re-arrangement of the holdings. Any necessary improvement works will be dealt with in connection with the scheme for re-arrangement.
