When may we expect this measure?
Valuation Bill, 1938—First Stage.
Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to provide for a general revaluation of rateable hereditaments and for annual revisions of such general revaluation, and for those and other purposes to amend the Valuation Acts. —(Minister for Finance).
The Bill will be circulated as soon as possible, certainly in ample time to allow for the consideration of the measure.
Does that mean earlier than 1st January?
I hope so.
Second Stage fixed for Wednesday, 8th February, 1939.
