Committee on Finance. - Fisheries Bill, 1938—Money Resolution.

I move:—

Go bhfuil sé oiriúnach a údarú go n-íocfaí amach as airgead a sholáthróidh an tOireachtas costaisí ar bith fé n-a raghaidh an tAire Talmhaidheachta chun éifeachta do thabhairt d'Acht ar bith a rithfear sa tSiosón so chun na nAchtanna Tascaigh, 1842 go 1937, agus an Achta Iascaigh (Uiscí Taoide), 1934, do leasú agus do leathnú, chun a chur in usacht a chruthú iascaigh ar leithligh in uiscí taoide do bheith ann, chun socruithe do dhéanamh chun iascach áirithe d'aistriú chun an Stáit, agus chun socruithe do dhéanamh i dtaobh nithe áirithe eile (ar a n-airmhítear diúitéthe ceadúnais d'fhorchur ar cheadúnaisí iascaireachta áirithe) a bhaineas leis na nithe roimbráite.

That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas of any expenses incurred by the Minister for Agriculture in carrying into effect any Act of the present Session to amend and extend the Fisheries Act, 1842 to 1937, and the Fisheries (Tidal Waters) Act, 1934, to facilitate proof of the existence of several fisheries in tidal waters, to provide for the transfer to the State of certain fisheries, and to provide for certain other matters (including the imposition of licence duties on certain fishing licences) connected with the matters aforesaid.
