Would the Minister say when it is likely that the report will be received and when it will be available for consideration by Deputies?
I could not answer that question.
Is the Minister aware that last December he indicated that he hoped to have this report shortly after the resumption of the Dáil after Christmas, and would he explain the cause of the abnormal delay?
The delay is due to the nature of the inquiries which the tribunal decided to undertake.
