That leave be given by the Dáil to introduce the following Supplementary and Additional Estimates for the service of the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1940, namely:—

I am anxious to know when we will see the Estimates, and which will be taken to-morrow.

The Estimates may be seen this evening or to-morrow, and it is proposed to take them as follows. I shall read the amounts now also:— (2) Houses of the Oireachtas, £10; (8) Compensation Bounties, £2,000; (12) State Laboratory, £850; (16) Superannuation and Retired Allowances, £5,000; (22) Stationery and Printing, £4,500; (33) Gárda Síochána, £10; (44) National Health Insurance, £11,421; (46) Primary Education, £12,518—that one will not be taken until this day week; (50) Reformatory and Industrial Schools, £520—also this day week; (52) Agriculture, £369,053— that will not be taken this week; (53) Fisheries, £10—not to be taken this week; (55) Forestry, £10—not to be taken this week; (56) Gaeltacht Services, £10,000—this will probably be taken to-morrow; (57) Industry and Commerce, £60,915—to be taken to-morrow; (58) Transport and Meteorological Services, £6,220—to be taken to-morrow; (61) Unemployment Insurance and Unemployment Assistance, £231,240—to be taken to-morrow; (63) Posts and Telegraphs, £30,475— this will probably be taken next week; (65) Army, £10; (68) League of Nations, £360; (70) Export Subsidies, £10; (71) Office of the Minister for Supplies, £3,819; (72) Repayments to Contingency Fund, £913; (73) Irish Tourist Board, £3,500. It is proposed to take next week those I have mentioned from 65 to 73.
