In an appendix to its report for the year ended 31st March, 1932, the Electricity Supply Board published the rates of charge for electricity in areas controlled directly by the board, and since then it has been the practice of the board to include in the annual reports any additions or alterations of importance. I am, however, prepared to suggest to the board that at reasonably frequent intervals an appendix should be incorporated in the report setting out the various tariffs in force as at that time.
