When is it proposed to take the Second Stage?
Local Loans Fund (Amendment) Bill, 1940—First Stage.
Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend the law relating to local loans and for that purpose to amend and extend the Local Loans Fund Acts, 1935 and 1937. (Minister for Finance.)
I should like to have all stages taken to-day if the House has no objection.
We have had no time to examine the Bill fully as yet. Perhaps the Second Stage might be taken later to-day.
The object of it is to get more money for the Local Loans Fund.
Is there not also an alteration in Section 4?
