I move:—
Go bhfuil sé oiriúnach a údarú go n-íocfar amach as airgead ar n-a sholáthar ag an Oireachtas na suimeanna san is gá chun éifeacht do thabhairt d'Acht ar bith a rithfear sa tSiosón so chun an Children Act, 1908, do leasú agus do leathnú.
That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas of such sums as are required to give effect to any Act of the present Session to amend and extend the Children Act, 1908.
The Act will involve some additional obligations on the State, but I cannot say at the moment just what the exact sum is likely to be. It may run into some thousands of pounds or it may not.
