Vol. 82 No. 14

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Supplies for Tourmakeady Shopkeepers.

asked the Minister for Supplies if he is aware that two shopkeepers have ceased trading in the Tourmakeady area, County Mayo, during the past three weeks; that the customers of these shopkeepers are now dependent for their supplies on other traders in that area; and if the Minister is now prepared to increase the quota of these latter traders in order to supply rationed commodities to the said customers who were formerly supplied by the said shopkeepers.

I have no information concerning the matters mentioned in the first and second parts of the question, but I will have the cases considered if the Deputy will furnish me with the necessary details.
