Proprietors of travelling cinemas and variety shows are allotted petrol and paraffin for plant on the same basis as other owners of similar plant. They are also granted licences for the purchase of the basic allowances of petrol for road vehicles in accordance with the horse power or weight of such vehicles.
Permits for the purchase of paraffin for lighting purposes are not being granted at the present time.
