Vol. 86 No. 16

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Swords Lands.

asked the Minister for Lands what his intention is as regards the 26 acres of which he is taking possession on the Corbally estate, Rath, Swords; and, further, if he is prepared to allocate it to a local landless man or uneconomic holder who is in a position to utilise same in the production of food.

The Land Commission have instituted proceedings for recovery of possession of five parcels of land totalling 26a. 2r. 5p. in the townland of Rath, on the former Corbally estate, but possession of the parcels has not yet been obtained, and it is not possible at present to state how the lands will be disposed of.
