Movement licences can be obtained in approved cases where the turf is intended for free distribution to the poor. Where free distribution is not intended, as in the case of the Clondalkin Parish Council, the issue of a movement licence will be subject to the conditions published on the 21st March last, a copy of which has been sent to the Deputy.
