asked the Minister for Finance if he is aware that legal proceedings have been instituted against certain individuals by the county managers in the drainage area for recovery of Barrow drainage rates; and, in view of the recommendations made by the Drainage Commission with reference to Barrow drainage rates, if he will ask the authorities concerned to stay proceedings, pending the implementation by the Government of the Drainage Commission Report.
