Landlord and Tenant (Amendment) Bill, 1942—Message from the Seanad.

The Dáil went into Committee to consider an amendment by the Seanad to the Landlord and Tenant (Amendment) Bill, 1942.

Minister for Justice (Mr. Boland)

I move that the Committee agree with the Seanad in the following amendment:—

Section 2. In sub-section (2), paragraph (d), page 3, in line 21 and also in line 32, the word "built-on" deleted and the word "partly-built" substituted therefor in each case.

I think this amendment will remove some doubts which existed in regard to this matter.
