When is it proposed to take the Second Stage?
Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Bill, 1944—First Stage.
Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to continue the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Acts, 1923 to 1943—(Minister for Defence).
If the House were in agreement, I should like to take the Second Stage now. It is the annual temporary provisions Bill, without any alteration.
It could be taken later on, after it has been distributed. Deputies may care to see the Bill even if there is no change
