Consequent on a claim by the publishers of the journal in question, that the journal was not a news periodical but a continuation in altered form of an older periodical, certain inquiries were instituted. Until these inquiries have been completed, I am not in a position to state what action may be taken against the printer and publishers. It is understood that the periodical has ceased publication.
