asked the Minister for the Co-ordination of Defensive Measures if he is now in a position to state when the present restrictions on the public lighting of the City of Dublin will be removed.
I propose to take questions Nos. 37 and 38 together.
The only restriction on public lighting is that lights should be fitted with cowls. This restriction will be removed the moment the Government is satisfied that conditions warrant.
