asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will state in respect of each of the years 1941, 1942, 1943 and 1944, the number of male persons engaged in farm work, distinguishing between (a) males 14 to 18 years of age, and (b) those who are 18 years of age and over, and in each case showing whether the persons concerned are members of the family or not and whether they are permanently or temporarily employed.

Particulars of the numbers of males engaged in farm work in June of each of the years 1940, 1941 and 1942, as returned by the enumerators of the agricultural statistics, were given in reply to Deputy Davin on 24th March, 1943.
