It is the intention to entrust the work of conducting a stud farm at Tully, County Kildare, to a company to be established under a special Act of the Oireachtas. Steps for the preparation of a Bill for this purpose are at present being taken. The Bill will be introduced as soon as possible, but I am not yet in a position to indicate the approximate date of introduction.
