Vol. 96 No. 12

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take the business as on the Order Paper, in the following order:—Items Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6; No. 6—Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Bill, 1945—to be taken from 6 to 7 o'clock. It is not proposed to take Private Deputies' Business to-day.

At what time is it proposed to sit to-morrow?

I understood it was generally agreed that the House meet at 10.30 to-morrow morning, but as to the hour for the conclusion of business, I do not know that that has been definitely fixed. Perhaps we could deal with it to-morrow morning when we see how we get on with the business to-day.

I take it that questions will be answered as from 3 o'clock to-morrow?

That is the usual procedure.

Questions to be taken at 3 o'clock to-morrow—I suppose at an earlier hour, if the business should be concluded.
