Public Health Bill, 1945—First Stage.

Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to make further and better provision in relation to the health of the people, to amend and extend the Public Health Acts, 1878 to 1931, and to provide for the making of regulations by virtue of which certain charges may be imposed.—(Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Local Government and Public Health (Dr. Ward).)
