asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce whether he is prepared to introduce legislation to provide for the restoration to insured contributors under the Unemployment Insurance Acts of the right to claim, at 60 years of age, a refund of the difference between the amount of their contributions to the unemployment insurance fund and the amount of benefits received by them from the fund, plus compound interest calculated at the rate of 2½ per cent., which right was withdrawn by the Unemployment Insurance Act, 1926.
