As a result of an agreement which has been reached by all Parties, I beg to move: That the order come to to-day fixing the Fifth Stage of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Bill, 1946, for to-morrow, 5th December, be discharged and that the Fifth Stage be taken now.
