May I use the occasion of this announcement to remind the House that the procedure in connection with the inquiry into the allegations made against Dr. Ward was chosen in order to expedite consideration of the Public Health Bill which it is now proposed to withdraw, six or nine months after that extraordinary procedure had been resorted to?
