An allowance of ten tons of coal per set will be provided for the movement of steam threshing sets from farm to farm during the coming season. Coal cannot be provided for the actual threshing operations and, therefore, it will be a matter for the farmers themselves to procure for this purpose such alternative fuels as are available.
