Special measures, involving an appreciable increase in the number of staff engaged on the work, have already been taken to expedite the vesting of holdings in tenants and have resulted in a very much improved output of vestings during each of the past two financial years. Every effort will be made to ensure that as far as possible the improved rate of progress is maintained.
