The planning of this work, the cost of which will be borne by the local authority, is only in the preliminary stage and my Department is awaiting the submission by the local authority of a schedule of accommodation which must be settled before the drawing of plans can proceed. Consequently, I cannot state at this stage when the work is likely to commence.
