I am not aware of any such complaints of delay on the part of my Department.
I have received a number of complaints that people who applied for grants for poultry houses and whose buildings have been inspected, have not had the plans returned to them to enable them to proceed. That is the nature of the complaint.
If the Deputy will give me particulars as to the nature of the complaints which he has received, I shall be very glad to investigate them.
