asked the Minister for Justice if he will state the number of evictions carried out by the City Sheriff in the last 12 months in (a) the Dublin City area; (b) the Dublin South Central constituency area; and if it is intended to introduce proposals for legislation of a temporary nature to suspend for a period of 12 months the powers of the City Sheriff to carry out evictions save in excepted cases.
