Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to authorise the Minister for Agriculture to carry out land reclamation, field drainage and other works for the improvement of agricultural holdings and to provide for the payment by the occupiers of a contribution towards the cost of those works and for other matters relating to the matters aforesaid. —(Minister for Agriculture.)
It will be circulated to-morrow or Saturday.
In that case there must be a reservation that we might not take it on Tuesday. It depends on the nature of the Bill.
It is a matter entirely for the Opposition. If they consider that there is inadequate time, there will be no difficulty.
I will say the Second Stage provisionally on Tuesday.
