Vol. 118 No. 1

Order of Business.

Business will be taken in the following order as set out in the Order Paper: Nos. 1, 2, 3, 7, 5, 8, 15. List 6, motion No. 1. Private Deputies' Business will be taken at 9 p.m.

It might be appropriate for me to mention the time for sitting to-morrow. Deputies are aware of the arrival of the Papal Nuncio and his attendance at the liturgical reception to-morrow afternoon. Accordingly, members of the House will have to attend. It has been suggested that the House should meet at 7 o'clock to-morrow instead of at the usual hour. If Deputies will agree to that, I think it could be ordered accordingly.

Agreed and ordered accordingly.

May I ask the Taoiseach if it is intended to give Government time for the consideration of a motion which has been put down by Deputies C. Lehane and Fitzpatrick in regard to the Roe Report?

I do not know whether it is or not, but it is not intended to give Government time for any private Deputy's motion at the moment.
