Will the Taoiseach agree that his attention was called to the necessity for a decision on this point as long ago as 24th June, 1948, again I think in March of last year, and on the 14th December last year? Will the Taoiseach assure the House that the decision on the matter will be arrived at and announced as soon as possible?
