asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will state what are the flaws in the land reclamation project to which he referred in the Seanad on the 1st March, 1950, and if he will further state if these flaws resulted in his Department's failure to carry out the guarantees given regarding the spreading of fertilisers and lime on land already dealt with in County Monaghan.
